On March 20th, we had the privilege of providing live music for a private Rolls Royce dinner event in Calgary—an evening designed to impress from the first guest arrival to the final toast.
With a carefully curated guest list, premium setting, and attention to detail in every corner, the music had to feel just as thoughtful.
The Schedule
Location: 787 Heritage Dr SE, Calgary
6:00 PM – Load-in and sound coordination
6:45 PM – String Quartet and Violin-Cello Duo Performances
10:00 PM – Event end
Our team arrived early to coordinate with AV and event staff, ensuring a seamless flow that matched the tone and pace of the evening.
The Music Brief: Sophisticated and Subtle
The client requested live music that:
Matched the sleek, modern elegance of the brand
Stayed low-volume and atmospheric
Shifted in energy between cocktail mingling and plated dinner
We delivered a custom mix of:
Contemporary string covers (including Coldplay, Adele, Ed Sheeran)
Timeless classical pieces to anchor the evening in elegance
Ensemble Spotlight
For this event, we provided two ensemble setups:
A string quartet
A violin and cello duo
This allowed for a fluid ambiance across multiple spaces without the need for a formal stage or spotlight moment.
