Repairs

Uptown Strings offers a variety of repairs and service on fretted stringed instruments.

These include:

* Basic set up of your instrument
* Re-stringing and cleaning
* Fret work
* Damage repair
* Electronic repairs to fretted instruments
* Amplifier repair (All makes and models, including warranty work for some brands)
* Pick-up installation on electric and acoustic instruments

The three people doing repairs include Ted, the owner, Tom, our senior instructor and Bill, who worked as the authorized Martin guitar repair technician in the area before he moved out of state. It’s nice to have Bill back in town.
